At this time, we do not accept returns due to the nature of the items but we can certainly do exchanges of unused items. You would just need to pay for shipping of the new items. If your items are damaged let us know and we will substitute them as soon as possible (if they are factory related damages and are within the 30 days in the USA and 60 days worldwide since the day of purchase). We use bubble wrap and try to protect the packages in the best way possible. If this is something you are concerned about, contact us for an insurance quote on your package. If we do agree upon a refund, the refund charges will only be for the cost of the items, not for the cost of the shipping of the items.
